What this site is
TokLedger is an independent comparison site for TikTok Shop seller finance tools — profit trackers, accounting integrations, reconciliation and fee tools. It exists because, as of mid-2026, every “best TikTok Shop tools” list ranking on Google is written by one of the vendors being ranked, and several of their claims do not survive a basic price check.
How we verify
- Official App Store listings. Our tool inventory is the complete Finance and Accounting category listing of the official TikTok Shop US App Store (seller-us.tiktok.com/appstore), captured directly from the store. The “Price from” column is the official in-store listing price, not the vendor’s marketing page.
- Vendor pricing pages, captured the same day, cross-checked against in-store prices. When third-party articles describe a paid tool as “free”, or a vendor claims to be the “only” one doing something others also do, we say so — with the date we checked.
- Traffic and usage data from SimilarWeb, used to distinguish tools people actually use (long visit duration) from tools that only publish content.
- Every data-bearing page carries a “checked on” date. If you find something out of date, it changed after that date — tell us and we’ll re-verify.
What we don’t do
- We don’t accept payment for placement or ranking. There is no “sponsored” tier.
- We don’t reorder tables based on which vendor pays a commission. Sort order is yours (click any column).
- We don’t write hands-on experience we don’t have. Comparisons on this site are data verification — prices, listings, feature matrices, official documentation — not simulated product reviews.
Affiliate disclosure (FTC)
Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you subscribe after clicking, the vendor pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. Two things keep this honest:
- We disclose it here and in the site footer, per FTC guidelines.
- Reality-check notes are applied identically to tools that pay us and tools that don’t. Several tools in our table have no affiliate program at all — they are listed and evaluated exactly the same way.
Trademarks
TikTok and TikTok Shop are trademarks of their respective owners. TokLedger is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or any tool vendor. Product names are used for identification and comparison only.
